Below is a breakdown of what to expect at Rivermead. For the most current figures, we’d always recommend speaking with us directly — site fees are reviewed annually, and costs vary depending on the holiday home you choose and how often you visit.
Annual Site Fee
Your site fee covers your pitch licence at Rivermead — the right to keep your holiday home on your chosen pitch for the season. It also contributes to the maintenance of the park grounds, the communal facilities, and the general management of the site.

Utilities
Gas, electricity, and water are metered individually to each holiday home and billed separately from your site fee. You pay for what you use. Bills are issued twice a year — typically in spring and autumn.

Insurance
Holiday home insurance is a requirement at Rivermead — your holiday home must be adequately insured for the duration of your ownership. Specialist holiday home insurance covers the structure, public liability, and contents. Costs vary depending on the age, value, and specification of your holiday home. We can point you towards providers if helpful.
Your First Year
To make your first season as straightforward as possible, every holiday home purchased at Rivermead includes your first season’s site fees. There are no additional set-up costs in year one beyond the purchase price itself.
